tis the season...
it's a hard rain a fall'n on the ole trough. needless to say, the damp conditions really bring out my addiction to hot coffee and my hankering for scrumptious soup. december is upon us and today marks the day we put up our chuck brown (aka christmas tree). it felt good to dust off the holiday jangle. the smell of pine is so wonderful. is it because it's just plain good or is it the nostalgia? now's the time to cue up some clark w. griswold, mix some holiday liquor and hunker down. remember, if it's raining near the coast, chances are it's snowing up at tahoe!
