Brew Detective: Revision IPA

Revision Brewing Co.
Remember Knee Deep Brewing, yea me too. Two of the brewers who helped carve out an exceptional IPA-centric lineup there, have since moved on. The new lab of lupulin is now located in Sparks, Nevada. Revision Brewing Company is crushing it, a revisionists history if you will? I'm excited to see their concoctions making it into my local watering-holes.

I recently enjoyed Revision India Pale Ale. It is undoubtably an American IPA. Most profound are the Simcoe Hops and it's amazing clarity, which does not sacrifice flavor one iota. The characteristics of this IPA are simultaneously upfront and subtle. Let's just say, things happen throughout the course of a pint. This delicious hop nectar is currently available on draft and will soon be hitting shelves—bottles and cans and just clap your hands. Drink responsibly. 6.5% | 50 IBU
